Marek Romanowski and Hanna Holeksa have been collaborating since 2011. They were united by a mutual passion for chamber music written for double bass and piano but this does not mean that their repertoire is limited only to already well known works originally composed for this instrumental set. Musicians have been looking for new program possibilities for a long time by discovering literature that is less or not known and by transcribing works originally composed for violin, cello or wind instruments, performing works from the baroque to the newest music. The reviewers emphasize both the emotional maturity and technical mastery of the musicians, as well as the full synergy in creating chamber music on the basis of partnership cooperation.
